Refund policy

Every Mini Minie piece is handmade and made to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We do stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Please note that small variations in colour, size, face, and flower placement are normal for handmade items and are not considered faults.
